Privacy Policy
1. Responsible for your data
Dmytro Borysov, an individual entrepreneur established in Andorra and trading as Madly Deeply, is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers this website, enquiries, clients and representatives of clients, suppliers and project partners. Business registration: Registre de Comerç i Indústria 934249 D. Tax number (NRT): F-405003-A. Business address: Av. del Fener, 21, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. Contact: info@madly-deeply.com.
2. Applicable law
We apply Andorran Law 29/2021 on personal data protection, as amended, and other mandatory rules, including EU, UK or UAE data protection rules where they apply to the particular processing. This policy does not restrict statutory rights. Visiting the site or reading this policy is not consent to optional processing.
3. Information and its sources
You can browse without filling in a form or providing contact details. Hosting and technical services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, access times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when your browser requests them.
When you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email, telephone, company, role and correspondence. Projects may also require billing details, site and delivery addresses, drawings, photographs and authorised contacts, insofar as these identify a person. The form prepares an email in your email application; it does not itself send the enquiry. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Without necessary information, we may be unable to respond or provide the service. Please do not include identity documents, health or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.
We may receive relevant business contacts and project information from a client, architect, designer or coordinator. Share only information you are entitled to provide. Where required, we inform the person concerned within the statutory period, no later than the first communication or disclosure and, where applicable, within one month, unless a lawful exception applies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We handle enquiries and quotations to take steps at your request before a contract, and use project information to perform a contract with you and provide aftercare. For company representatives and general business contacts, where permitted, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing business relationships. Required accounting, tax records and lawful authority requests are handled to meet legal obligations. Website security, prevention of misuse and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims rely on applicable duties or legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
Optional marketing requires a separate lawful basis, including consent where required; an enquiry is not a marketing subscription. Where UAE federal law applies, we rely on consent or an applicable statutory exception, rather than legitimate interests.
5. Portfolio and confidentiality
Publication of project materials is subject to usage rights and contractual confidentiality restrictions. This policy is not permission to publish a client’s project. Where publication contains personal data, a lawful basis is required; where we rely on consent, it can be withdrawn. Permission to show a project does not itself replace copyright permissions or override confidentiality agreements.
6. Data confidentiality and disclosure
Madly Deeply manages client relationships directly. We do not disclose clients’ personal contact details, including names, telephone numbers and email addresses, to manufacturing, logistics or installation contractors.
Access to personal data is restricted to individuals directly involved in handling enquiries and organising the work of Madly Deeply.
Technical service providers are used to operate the website and email. They may process the necessary data as part of the services they provide. Such processing is carried out in compliance with applicable personal data protection requirements.
We do not sell personal data, provide it to third parties for their own marketing, or use it for purposes unrelated to our stated activities.
Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities in the cases provided for by law. Any other disclosure takes place only where there is an appropriate legal basis.
7. Retention
Enquiries are retained while we handle the request and active negotiations. After closure, retention depends on an identified follow-up, contractual or legal need; without such a need, records are deleted or anonymised. Project records are retained for applicable accounting, tax, warranty and limitation periods, or longer where necessary for an ongoing dispute. Security logs are retained for a period proportionate to security and incident investigation. Consent records and minimal objection records are retained as needed to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted contact. Backups expire through the relevant backup cycle and are not used for new purposes. Browser storage is explained in the Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of eligible data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to info@madly-deeply.com. Where necessary, we may request proportionate identity verification. We respond within the applicable legal period, normally one month under Andorran and EU rules, and explain any lawful extension within the initial period. Erasure is not absolute: records may be retained for legal obligations or claims.
You may complain directly to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), www.apda.ad, without contacting us first. Where applicable, you may also contact the competent EEA authority where you habitually live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred, the UK ICO (ico.org.uk), or the competent UAE authority.
9. Security, cookies and external services
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed; this does not exclude our legal responsibilities. We address incidents and notify individuals and authorities where required. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our enquiry service is intended for adults and professional contacts, not children; contact us if a child has provided data.
This version of the site has no connected advertising or analytics trackers. It uses browser storage for language and navigation, as explained in the Cookie Policy. External sites, social platforms and your email application have their own privacy practices. We process messages received through them for the purposes described above.
10. Updates and contact
We update this policy when processing or legal requirements change and show the revision date. Where required, we provide additional information or obtain consent before new processing. The English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish versions are intended to convey the same information; no language clause restricts statutory rights. For questions, contact info@madly-deeply.com or the business address above.
